Nathalie Berthier-Ortmann has pursued nearly 20 years of corporate career in the industry. In her last role, she was a Management Team member of a large American corporation in Germany and one of the few women leaders in the pharmaceutical industry, building and leading highly profitable business units with full P&L and personnel responsibility. Prior to that, Nathalie held Europe-wide strategic and pan-European operational responsibility for the biggest business within the company as a member of the European Management Team.

At the core of her Corporate career has been a commitment to delivering superior team-based results in international organizations large and small, seamlessly managing transitions following corporate mergers and re-organizations, as well as successfully building and leading multicultural high-profile teams and profit centres.

Since 2003 Nathalie has been drawing on her senior management and leadership experiences in complex multinational corporations as well as in leading small businesses, her understanding of organisational dynamics, her experience in competitively mastering business challenges and her passion for leadership development to better serve her clients.
