“The Best Way to Predict The Future, Is To create It”

Peter Drucker

Nearly 20 years of successful senior leadership and management positions in complex multinational corporations as well as in leading small businesses have developed her expertise and her passion for processes to unleash leadership potential.

Nathalie began her career in marketing and sales management. She later joined the European headquarters of Bristol-Myers Squibb as a member of the European Management Team, holding Europe-wide strategic and pan-European operational responsibility for one of the biggest businesses within the company. In 1997 Nathalie was appointed to the Management Team of Bristol-Myers Squibb Germany and, as one of the few women leaders in this industry, she built and led highly profitable business units with full P&L and personnel responsibility, also establishing a culture of coaching and leadership behaviors at all levels of the organization.

Delivering superior team-based results in international organizations large and small, seamlessly managing transitions following corporate mergers and re-organizations, successfully building and leading multicultural high-profile teams and profit centres, and bringing structure, focus and energy to common goals have characterized her nearly 20-year corporate career.

On a personal note, Nathalie says about herself:

“‘The best way to predict the future is to create it.’ This quote from Peter Drucker is pretty much what drives me.
I grew up in France and live with my German husband and our three children in Munich, Germany. I am generous in sharing my energy and grasp every opportunity to make a difference for ourselves and the people around us.

I am a strong believer that almost nothing is impossible, i.e. if you can dream it, you can make it! I see changes not as risks to fear, but as stimulation to think ‘outside the box’ and to overcome what we believe to be our limits.

I follow on my intuition and offer challenges to self-limiting beliefs and views.
In shaping my personal and professional future, I particularly value commitment, trust, respect, energy, openness, clarity of goals, accountability, reflectiveness, and loyalty to oneself.”
